1. What This Website Is

This privately operated reference is independent of every government office. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, conducts official checks, or submits documents for a visitor.

Its material identifies Montrose County custodians such as the sheriff and courts, along with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and Colorado Sex Offender Registry. Links to outside search services may also appear.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is permitted only if you agree not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Neither the site's content nor linked results may be used for stalking, harassment, intimidation, threats, or unlawful discrimination. CRS §18-9-310.5 imposes criminal penalties for prohibited misuse of Colorado Sex Offender Registry information. Public safety awareness does not authorize vigilantism.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness.
